Registration

At the end of your on-line registration, you will be placed into your dashboard. You will also receive a confirmation email of your registration in the program. This will verify your registration.
Go to the homepage of www.moveandimprove.org and click the Login button located at the top right side of the page. Under the spaces provided for your email address and password, click the statement Forgot Password. A screen will appear for you to enter your email address that you used during registration. From here you will recieve an email from no-reply@emhs.org containing a link for you to reset your password.
Login as a participant and select Edit Profile on the top of your dashboard. Scroll down and select the appropriate goal you would like to work towards and click the green Save & Continue button at the bottom of the page to save the change.
Login as a participant and select Edit Profile on the top of your dashboard. Scroll down and click "Join or change a site or change your site affiliation" under the Join a Site (Optional) box. You will be able to select your new site as directed. Be sure to click the Green Save button at the bottom of the page to save the change.
Go to the homepage of www.moveandimprove.org. There is a maroon box located at the top of the page on the right hand side of the screen directly above the main picture. In the provided spaces enter your email address and password and press login. You will be redirected to your dashboard on the website.

Activity Log

You have the option to use the interactive activity log on the computer daily/weekly to check off the days you are physically active. You can also, print the activity log on paper, keep track of your progress for the entire 12-week period. At the end of the 12 weeks, you will need to log back onto the site and check the box to indicate how many of the weeks you completed.
From the home page of www.moveandimprove.org click RESOURCES from the top horizontal menu bar. Select Downloads, the activity log is located in the table shown. Simply click to open it and print it on paper.
No, simply look at your log and identify how many weeks you completed your goal (i.e. I completed 8 of the 12 weeks at 4 days/week 30 minutes/day).
No. Move and Improve is an on-line program. The paper log is simply a tool for you to keep track of your progress. At the end of the program, use the paper log as a reference when entering your goal accomplishment on-line.  Simply login and enter your username and password and you will be prompted to enter your goal accomplishment.
